1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sodie's website or loyalty app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2Loyalty Program Rules
The Sodie's rewards program is free to join and available to customers. Stamps are earned one per qualifying purchase. Stamps have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Sodie's reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice. Fraudulent stamp collection will result in account termination.
3Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. One loyalty account per person is permitted.
4Coupon & Offer Terms
Coupons and promotional offers are subject to expiry dates and availability. Offers are limited to one per customer per visit unless otherwise stated. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers.
5Limitation of Liability
Sodie's provides the app and website on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any technical issues that may affect your ability to access rewards or complete stamp collection. We make no warranties regarding uptime or availability.
6Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes where possible.
7Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manitoba.
