2Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create a loyalty account, earn stamps, or contact us. This includes: • Name and email address (for your loyalty account) • Phone number (optional, for account recovery) • Birthday (optional, for birthday reward) • Purchase activity and stamp history • Referral codes and referral relationships • Device and browser information (for app functionality)
3Loyalty & Rewards Data
Our loyalty program tracks your stamp count, milestones, free drink credits, and tier status. This data is used solely to operate the rewards program and is never sold to third parties. Loyalty data is stored securely and linked to your account email address. Your stamp history and transactions are retained for the life of your account, plus a reasonable period after account closure for audit and fraud prevention purposes.
4Notification Permissions
We may request permission to send you browser push notifications. We only ask for this permission after you've had a chance to explore the app — never on first load. Notifications may include: • Stamp and reward milestones • Birthday rewards and seasonal offers • New menu items and exclusive member promos You can revoke notification permissions at any time through your browser or device settings. We respect declines and will not re-ask aggressively.
6Account Information
Your account is created using your email address and a password. We store your profile information, loyalty history, and notification preferences. You can update your name, phone, and birthday from your Profile Settings page at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us at the email below.
7How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: • Operate and improve the Sodie's loyalty program • Send you relevant notifications about rewards (with your permission) • Personalize your experience (e.g., birthday rewards) • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the rewards system • Respond to your questions and support requests • Comply with legal obligations We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties.
8Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the app: • Base44 – App hosting and database infrastructure (your data is stored on their secure servers) • QR Server API – Generates static QR codes for our loyalty sign-up and stamp pages (no personal data is transmitted) We are not currently using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising networks.
9Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or audit purposes. Loyalty transaction logs may be retained for up to 2 years for fraud prevention.
